Following on from our previous post, the Howard Kennedy family team welcomes today's announcement of the extension of Family Remedies Courts with designated 'money' judges in place. More transparency and more efficiency in this sector will be of significant help to clients who are able to reach an early settlement of their financial matters.
I am delighted to draw attention to the successful extension of the Financial Remedies Courts (FRC) project from its single original pilot zone (in operation since last year in Birmingham) to eight new zones.
